Sound in Motion

Sound in Motion is a meditation class that blends healing sounds with dance, qigong, and yoga to provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation for the body, mind and spirit. Wisdom Healing Qigong, Tibetan Five Warrior Syllables, singing bowls, drumming, chanting and singing are among many of the modalities used to reach a state of wellness within this practice. You will diminish stress and anxiety, enhance strength, confidence and serenity in your life with Sound in Motion.
