What is Pilates? Pilates is a form of exercise that incorporates correct spine and pelvis alignment, breathing, concentration, core strength and flexibility through efficient muscle usage. The Pilates exercises are performed on a floor mat and a typical class will flow through a variety of movement based on the Pilates method. A Pilates class will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. Your body will thank you for the time you put in working out in a Pilates class.
